I retagged many of the MP3 files available in the Downloads section because I noticed that some of the tags were not consistent. I also added album art images into each MP3 based on the images used in the YouTube videos – thanks to dedust728 for the idea! These changes will hopefully help people that have huge libraries of music (or portable media players) and need everything tagged correctly.
In addition, I made some slight modifications to “【東方】U.N.オーエンは彼女なのか?【Touhou – UN Owen Was Her?】 (Minousoft 8-bit remix)” – specifically, I fixed that strange glitch in the song where an annoying 180° phase inversion occurs on the left side of the lead tracks during some parts, canceling out the left and leaving only the right. I did notice this problem early on, but it didn’t bother me enough to go and fix it, until now. I also increased the maximum VBR bitrate from the previous version. The YouTube video can’t be updated, and it’s only a minor difference to casual listeners, so I’m not going to upload a new video just because of this.
You can redownload everything from the Music category, under Downloads. Note that the titles in the Downloads section are now correctly entered as well.
Incidentally, I also fixed a very annoying database error that prevented UTF-8 characters on the site from working at all. Apparently, “ALTER ALL TABLES” is not recognized as a wildcard, so I had to use a PHP script to iterate over each table in a for loop in order to set their character sets (for some reason, certain tables were set to ISO 8859-1.) This means you may now use UTF-8 encoded characters in comments!

By the way, your captcha hates me.
Seriously, how am I supposed to tell the difference between Ω and Ω?
